Run Rerun Return Repeat

The mind runs around

In circles

While the body still sleeps

Visiting the same places

Again and agin in the

Dream

Life was hard on me

Creating wounds

That will not heal

In a lifetime

Still every day

We, me and my body

Get up, go to work

Fight the fights of the day

And return home

In order to rerun

The show in perpetual pattern

That is what life is a show

But no one is watching

No one really cares

We are just machinery

And decoration sometimes

Only at night do we

Leave on vacation

The Thing of Being

Frustration is hereditary

And depression as well

Just a few moments

In the sun

Then endless

Landscapes of grey clouds

The sun sets and the night

Starless and windy

Sets in

The Maze

When ones mind is restless

Wandering, meandering

Away

Quickly to unknown destinations

Into the past or present even the future

Late at night or early morning

When small things becomes big

And big things small

Know then that this too

Shall pass

And leave the mind to itself

Searching

Lost in the snow

Looking for a way

Out of the maze

Somewhere

I still believe

That is possible

But what is outside

Of that maze?

At Bay

Traveling through the underground

The road well travelled

My headphones keeps

The world at bay

This awful day

The Minotaur

Finalising the unthinkable

I have become a monster

A Minotaur in his dirty, stinking

Maze

Without entrance and exit

I walk around looking out

The tiny Windows to see

What is going on in the

Outside world

Hoping, even expecting

The one day an earthquake

Will make the walls

Tremble and fall

More than 4000 years

Have I been waiting

The world has changed

But the tyrants remains

Doing their dirty deed

In front of me every day

While the water slowly

Grinds the stone
