Fragmented Lamentations

What is the deeper meaning

All that infighting

Eternal quarrels

That make up

Our dysfunctional family

The older I get the less wise

More stagnant

More sleepy

Repetition is not learning

It is repeating

With variation

Turbulence

What are we

Fighting for

All the time

An eternal domesticated

Struggle

A circular chaos

The great family

Circus

A sort of natural law

Loss of Control

I did not choose this life

This life chooses me

All that frustration

Being in a divorce

With two small children

In the same house

I don’t feel like having

A relationship

Ever again

Because it will all

Inevitably

Fall apart

I lose my own consciousness

Have no hope of any resolution

At all

Healing or dying

In the darkness of

My soul

Restart

The lunch eventually

Turns out to be the expected

Dysfunctional encounter

With between the narcissist and

Lone wolf

Each one talking to himself

In the different corners of the

Room

So that the circle can start

Again and again forever

Fighting Spirit

The conflicts start

early in the morning

Promising a miserable day

Every move and action we take is a

part of a bigger pattern

So is the conflicts as well

It is all in the open to read

Still we go into a

Relationship with open eyes

Blinded for the longterm suffering

Round trip

Eventually we all

Bounce back to ourselves

Are old personality

Shines through as

Our weaknesses and faults

When the conditions

Gets bad enough

But when we are

There at the bottom

Then what do we do?

A Stench of Paradise

Just being here

Trapped on a small island

In the wast emptiness of the mind

Another slow day

In the summer

A day so still that we are

Creating conflicts as a pastime

Running around in our own mind

Tearing down Paradise

Family Meeting

The silence and tension

Is still in the air

Unable to find a good

Way of talking

Solving not just

Containing problems

Eventually you leave when

The contraction and denial

Becomes unbearable

The Best Thing

Sometimes conflicts doesn’t wants to be solved

Avoiding the problem is more easy

Remaining in the same position

Is always most beneficial for

The one on top

Stepping out of the conflict zone

Gives perspective, temporary relief

Is it worth to take the fight

Maybe but,

One has to choose ones battles wisely

The best wars are those never fought
