The Depth of Life

Life is so divided

Polarized between

The social surface

The struggle underneath

It is seldom we see

The depth of reality

Like the bottom of the sea

But the depths are magic

Our journeys there are

Painful a loss of faith

But is the only

Way to go

Creative Loss

I am calculating my loss

As always it is difficult

To think, to have hope

But it is just a mode

A perception

Not reality itself

That will never be known

Or understood

The Great Illusion

Reality is the best thing

Still a really great illusion

So many holes in our perception

We change ways and our mind

Is always lost in that situation

We are lost in ourselves

Whatever we do

Our mind is our prison

Re

Distressed

Stress is a bad thing

It makes you lose

Concentration and changes

Your perception

Suddenly you are lost

And unable to change

Before it is to late

Dramatic and inflexible

On the road to disaster

Still this pattern is so deeply

Ingrained in us

Doing our best, resulting

In the worst outcome
